Nigeria’s ex-president, Jonathan, joins presidential race, picks APC form
Nigeria’s immediate past president, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and joined the presidential race on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Already, he has picked the N100 million expression of interest and nomination forms to contest the 2023 presidential election.
A coalition of Northern groups on Monday, arrived at the International Conference Centre in Abuja to purchase the All Progressives Congress’ presidential nomination and expression of interest forms for the former president.
Meanwhile, Jonathan is yet to make an official statement on the issue.
