A chieftain of Labour Party (LP) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ex-governorshp candidate in Anambra State, Mr. Valentine Ozigbo, has called on the state indigenes to continue collaborating on youth development and women empowerment as the states celebrates its 32 anniversary.
He said that the measure would secure a bright and prosperous future for Anambra State.
The LP chieftain made appeal in his address at the weekend to Ndi Anambra on their 32 ammiversary celebration of the state’s creation.
Ozigbo also urged Ndi Anambra to be security conscious, stressing that without security there would be no development.
His words: “I urge all of Ndi Anambra to continue to work collaboratively to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. In doing so, let us place special emphasis on the development of our youth and the empowerment of our women – key elements in securing a bright and prosperous future for our beloved state.

“Security has been a subject at the top of our minds, especially in recent times, as we navigate challenges that test our resilience as one community. Now, more than ever, we realise that security is a shared responsibility, requiring the collective efforts of each and every member of our dear state.
“This is not a time for divisiveness or adversarial engagements; rather, it is a time for coming together to protect and uplift one another. Realising that if one of us is hurting, all of us are hurting.”
Besides, Ozigbo called for recommitment to unity, resilience, and a ceaseless drive for excellence – the values that make the citizens truly Ndi Anambra.
He however wished the state a happy 32nd anniversary.
