The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has urged members of National Association of Patent and Proprietary Medicine Dealers (NAPPMED) to maintain public health, while carrying out their business in the state.
The state Coordinator, NAFDAC, Mr Paul Kaima, gave the advice at the inauguration of the new Executive of NAPPMED Bauchi Chapter in Bauchi at the weekend.
He urged them to be careful and sanitize their business to ensure that the public health is maintained.
Kaima also urged them to stop unlawful practices that predispose them to hiding from NAFDAC and making them prone to scammers coming in the name of NAFDAC officials.
