Zedcrest acquires RMB Nigeria Stockbrokers

Africa’s leading financial solutions firm, Zedcrest, has fully acquired RMB Nigeria Stockbrokers, a member of Rand Merchant Bank — the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the FirstRand Group.

The acquisition aligns with Zedcrest’s objective to enhance its service offerings and market footprint.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zedcrest Group, Adedayo Amzat, disclosed the new deal in a statement in Lagos.

He also said that the acquisition was a good deal.

His words: “We are thrilled to welcome RMB Nigeria Stockbrokers Limited into the Zedcrest family.

Besides, Layi Olaleru, the CEO of RMB Nigeria Stockbrokers, also expressed confidence in the new arrangement.\\
