The All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Garba Adamu, has made mockery of the departure of the Vice-President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, from the presidency, calling him a backstabber.
The former presidential aspirant expressed his dislike of Osinbajo in his tweet, @adamugarba,
om Friday May 18, 2023.
He tweeted: “The soon-to-be former number 2 citizen, who we supported through and through but ended up working against us, is now on his way out of the same villa for us.
“He will soon call Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as his President. How the table turns.
This life!”
But his tweet did not sink well for Nigerians irrespective of tribe and religion.
For instance, Ifeanyichukwu @IfeanyiNass advised Garba not to insult the vice president.
“Pls Mr Drop-out @adamugarba don’t insult a Decent Man like Prof Osinbajo, the VP of Nigeria. You’re insulting an Institution, mind you!”

Fairness @SG_Hurayrahh reminded Garba of his background.
He stated: “You that went totally out of the party and created your own to contest for same presidency & after a longer view realized you couldn’t make it then did U-Turn nko? Who post your pic dey insult you?
“Learn to respect other’s decisions.”
Anthony Nwabuisi @antoinney cautioned Garba on his choice of words.
“You are not of any help at all @adamugarba. Today’s leaders are talking about nation building and contributing their quota to developing and inspiring the youths.
“Please, you can do more and better especially in the North where you are from,” Nwabuisi advised Garba.
Also, in his reaction,
kejay prince @kejay_prince told Garba:
“You will never make this tweet if Osinbajo happens to be a Northern Muslim…Never!”
Besides, Olorogun~E @OlorogunErnest reminded Garba that he belongs to the same party with Osinbajo.
His words: “This is a table you’ve decided to shake btw you and your fellow APC goons. Still, Osibanjo would have been more acceptable to Nigerians than Tinubu anytime.”
