Manchester United’s latest acquisition and England international midfielder, Mason Mount, will make his debute in a pre-season friendly against Championship side, Leads United, in Oslo on Wednesday July 12, 2023.
The Chelsea former player, who was involved in training on Monday, will lead the Manchester United non-internationals against the Championship side.
The pre-season friendly against Leads would be the only one to be missed by the 15 Manchester United’s international players, including Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes.

They are expected back at Carrington within the next week, according to Manchester United newsletter.
Meanwhile, other major transfers likely to follow Mount through the door at Carrington include Andre Onana (goalkeeper); and Atalanta’s forward, Rasmus Hojlund – both will not feature in the match on Wednesday.
It’s been a little over five weeks since FA Cup final defeat against Manchester City closed the curtain on last season, but excitement is now building as to what lies ahead between now and the start of the season on August 14.
