The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has congratulated Hon. Wale Egbedun, on his election as the new Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly.
APGA Osun Chairman, Wole Adedoyin, in a statement issued on Tuesday, commended the lawmakers for their choice of Egbedun as the new Speaker.
Adedoyin described the election as a well-deserved recognition of Egbedun’s leadership qualities and his commitment to the progress of Osun State.

He however called on the newly elected Speaker to collaborate closely with Governor Ademola Adeleke in implementing policies and programmes that will uplift the living standards of the people of Osun State.
The APGA chairman also appealed Egbedun and other principal officers to prioritize unity within the House.
He said that APGA Osun remained committed to supporting the government and legislature in their efforts to bring about positive change in Osun State.
