Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has stated that God would not forgive elected leaders who failed to use public resources to develop the society.
Governor Mohammmed made the declaration while addressing the ruling People Democratic Party (PDP) members in Misau Township Stadium, Misau, at the weekend.
He said that the essence of leadership was to judiciously utilize both human and natural resources to the upliftment of the citizenry.
Mohammmed assured people of Misau that if reelected, he would ensure that both physical and human were given the needed attention.
He said his administration has done its best to ensure that Misau had its fair share of projects which were equally distributed across the state.
“My administration constructed Sade Akuyam road, renovated hospital and local government Secretariat and constructed the Misau town which had been abandoned by the previous administration.
“We try to also emphasizes human development and empowerment which was carried out in all the local government areas in the state,” he said.
He said that his administration anchored on justice and fairness in demonstrating equitable distribution of people-oriented projects across the state.

He pleaded with the people of Misau to re elected him.and promised to reward them if he returned to office.
“Misau is one of the eight local governments out of the 20 in the state that voted massively in 2019.
“I want to again seek for your kind support this time around and I promise to deliver on all my campaign promises to you,” he said.
The governor was accompanied by the state Party Chairman Hamza Akoshe Akuyam, Campaign Director Mustgapha Farug, former Senate Leader and Bauchi Central Senatorial candidate Sen. Abdul Ningi.and other PDP candidates seeking elective offices .
